A Coquille Landmark
Right on the corner of Central Boulevard, in the landmark red brick building, the Broiler is the kind of place where the burgers are charbroiled, the booths are comfortable, and everybody finds a reason to stay a while.
We are a family restaurant and full pub rolled into one. On the restaurant side you will find hearty, home-cooked plates, from charbroiled chicken and gourmet burgers to slow-roasted prime rib on weekends and real hand-dipped milkshakes. On the pub side, there is a full bar, Oregon Lottery, a covered porch, and a good crowd most nights.
